Serra Çelik took her Phd in Quantitative Methods Department at School of Business in Istanbul University. She is currently the Research Assistant in Department of  Informatics in Istanbul University.

She previously worked on customer relations area. Especially she has gained experiences on call center operations, telesales, e-commerce,  and call center monitoring/reporting.

She also worked as web editor and web analyst in several web sites including news website.

Serra’s reasearch topics are multivariate data analysis, statistical learning and data mining. She recently focuses on Natural Language Processing.
